The Rules
I. The Selection Process
Each building on campus will be holding separate selection events, titled Reapings. At these Reapings, there will be a chance for everyone to submit their name into the pool to be selected. Dates and times for these events will be announced and posted on this website once the event date nears. Two tributes will be randomly selected from each building at each hall's event: one girl and one boy. Each contestant will receive a Hunger Games 2012 T-Shirt. If a tribute cannot attend the event the highest donor will be selected. Please look out for flyers or check with hall front desks for more information on dates and locations.
II. Districts
Each residence hall will be assigned a "District" for the event. These district numbers will be displayed on the tributes T-shirt.
Districts are as follows:
The Village- District 1
Oneida- District 2
Onondaga- District 3
Cayuga- District 4

Hart- District 6

III. How The Game Will Work
The Game will take place in the Campus Center Ice Arena. 24 tributes will fight to try and eliminate their opponents. Each tribute will be given two velcro bulls-eyes. When both bulls-eyes have been removed the competitor has been eliminated. The bulls-eyes can be torn off in any way possible, ie Ripping them off or using one of the provided tools. Another way to eliminate opponents is by shooting them with NERF bullets. Viewers may pay or exchange canned goods to aid their tributes during the games. Gifts might entail extra lives, better weapons, and stronger armor. The winner will receive a $50 cash prize and all tributes will receive a customized t-shirt courtesy of the Gamemakers. Last one left standing wins. Any unnecessary physical contact or verbal insult will result in immediate removal from the arena.
Weapons may include:
Foam noodles
NERF Swords
NERF Axes
NERF Morningstars
Gloves
